Nearly Wordless Wednesday - What Can Brown Do for You?

This is The Bink after our neighbor's dog treed him.

These are my sons and neighbor children trying to talk The Bink down from the limb on which he was perching. This picture was taken from the same spot as the first picture, minus the zoom.
Pretty spry for a 13 year old cat.

This is the UPS truck onto whose roof we thought The Bink might jump if parked beneath the tree.

This is the incredibly accomodating and concerned UPS driver who was prepared to catch The Bink when the truck only served to scare the shit out of him and make him jump at least 10 of an estimated 15 feet.

This is The Bink uninjured and unimpressed by an exciting day.

Poor Bink! I'm glad he's taking it all in stride!

[Of course if he didn't, then we might LAUGH at him, and that's a fate worse than death for a cat...]

LOL. We both read Exile on Mom Street so I followed your link to your blog... and I like your style! :) Poor Bink. This is why our Katie-cat doesn't go outside. The suburbian world is too full of lurking dangers...

Oh, I think Bink is a master of concealing his emotions. Deep down inside he's embarrassed. I can tell.

Our UPS driver once threatened to run over our dog if he chased his truck again (we were having work done on the house and one of the workers had let him out). I think you're driver is waaaaay nicer.

Poor Kitty. I'm sure he's embarrassed and just trying to save face.

The Bink reminds me of my brother.

Thanks for reading my story and for your kind comment about it.

He looks so satisfied in that last shot. Like, 'what, why you looking at me?' Lol.

Oh dear. Poor Bink. I'm glad he made it down safely. I'm pretty impressed that he got up there in the first place.

You should totally email this to UPS. Maybe Bink could be the new face of the heroic UPS.

Not a cat person, but I'm glad he is safe and back lounging around. I love the UPS guy!
