Like Nike said. Take off the diapers, bypass the pull-ups and just put on the underwear. The Phi (my kid) was too smart for pull-ups so I just switched to underwear and she was totally potty trained in a few days. He had barely shown signs of readiness before then and so I tried to let it go. He did that thing with taking the poopy diaper off, too.
